This week the Fireflies really enjoyed welcoming Spring! We dressed up in our rain boots and rain coats and did some indoor puddle jumping. We made a beautiful rainbow to hang in the classroom window and umbrellas too. We also made spring flowers and used them to measure how tall we are. Our science experiment, "How clouds make rain" created a fun conversation. We also made our own flower pots, planted grass, and had a blast planting flowers in our garden sensory bin. 🌷🌈☔️ ... 2015 Open House
Do you know somebody looking for child care, preschool or a summer day camp? Your good word is our best advertising. Tell your friends about our spring open house and get $10 in tuition credit for each family you refer who attends.

The Children’s Center will hold an open house featuring a Wildlife Encounters live animal show Saturday, April 11, from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. at 180 South Main St. in Wolfeboro.

Parents will have the chance to meet teachers from our infant/toddler, preschool, preschool special needs and school-age programs, and learn more about Camp All Star, our summer school-age day cam. Parents can also tour our newly renovated building and see our spacious on-site playground. They can learn more about Tadpoles, our Web-based communications system, as well as the delicious meals we serves.

At 10 a.m., families can check out the Wildlife Encounters live animal show, which was voted a “Family Favorite” for 2014 by Parenting NH. The educational program, based out of Rochester, will feature seven animals from their domestic and wildlife collections.

Refreshments will be served. And everyone who attends will be entered into a free raffle to win one free week at Camp All Star for their child and a friend.
